Program Scope
This course offers an in-depth exploration of welding and its various techniques, equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge to confidently launch a successful career in the field. the course provides the following:
-Introductory Welding to Specialty Processes/Specialty Alloys.
– Provides knowledge of support and surrounding crafts for safe project execution.
– Offers technical knowledge, interpretation of Governing Standards, and professional growth tools.

Lead Instructor:
Alan Ramlochan
26 years in Specialty Welding and Special Processes.
17 years in the US as a highly skilled tradesman.
Training Structure
Each Class has a Maximum of 10 students per class to ensure specialized individual attention.
All course will range for 3, 6 ,9 and 12 months to tailor to your needs.
*Schedule:*
– 8-hour days: 4 hours classroom training, 4 hours practical training.
– 40 hours per week.
Course Outline by Semesters
1. *Semester 1 (January – March):* Introduction to Welding and Structural Welding
2. *Semester 2 (April – June):* Pipe Welding, Cutting, Preparing Samples
3. *Semester 3 (July – September):* Combo Pipe Welding, Restricted Testing, Job-Site Simulations
4. *Semester 4 (October – December):* Specialty Welding Processes
5. *Optional:* Advanced training on Exotic Alloys using Special Welding Processes
*Advanced Progression:* Students displaying active/advanced progression may receive individual tutoring.
