Monique Hardy
CEO
Amron’s CEO Ms. Hardy as an United States Air Force Veteran and the values instilled by a Military
career and a family lineage of Veterans has brought together the Amron Group concept not as a
skilled individual in construction but on the morals and principals of community development and
outreach to assist here fellow men/women of the community exempted of corporate monotony and
strong hold.
Ms. Hardy’s role as a supervisor in the Air Force forged the ability to inspire and require excellence.
She has brought together a team of the most skilled tradesmen who share the like mindedness of
excellence while creating Amron Group. We plan to serve/grow the community while creating
opportunities to inspire the future of tomorrow in the youths of today. There are four levels for our
training program: I. Introduction to Welding II. Pipe-Welding, III. Combination Welding, IV. Specialty
Welding. Upon completion of each level of training on-the-job training will be available to every
successful candidate.
Alan Ramlochan
Operations Manager
Mr. Alan Ramlochan a Subject matter expert in the specialty welding and specialty welding processes. Mr. Ramlochan who was brought to the US via an H2B visa (Highly Skilled Specialized Trade) met and exceeded the requirements for the H2B visa category in a unique ability to function in any category of Heavy Industry Construction. Oil & Gas, Power Generation Facilities also including a Nuclear Security Clearance allowing him opportunity to not only work at these facilities but also extend his knowledge to the supporting crafts making the maintenance and construction of said facilities possible. Mr. Ramlochan services also includes management, supervisory and training capacity for some of the world’s largest companies like Bechtel, (CB&I) Chicago Bridge & Iron on project as Sabine Pass LNG and Lake Charles Hackberry LNG projects. With the plethora of knowledge, Mr. Ramlochan mentorship of Mr. Robert Diaz in the development of his skills and training to become a successful Specialist in the welding industry. This mentoring of Mr. Diaz enabled him to become a (CWI) Certified Welling inspector and (CWE) Certified welding educator. Mr. Diaz currently serves as a QC Manager to one of the largest local contracting firms (UPS) United Plant Services.
Daveion Kandha
Vice President
With an impressive blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, Daveion brings over two decades of industry experience to his role as Vice President. Holding an MBA, alongside a solid foundation in Engineering, Daveion has effectively bridged the gap between technical and managerial spheres.
Daveion’s career is marked by his exceptional ability to drive quality improvements and implement strategic initiatives. His hands-on experience in project management and supply chain logistics has consistently delivered optimized processes and operational efficiencies. A certified welding engineer, Daveion’s technical insights have been pivotal in spearheading innovative solutions and ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
Beyond his technical prowess, Daveion excels in people management, training, and mentoring. He is passionate about fostering talent and has a proven track record of nurturing high-performing teams. His collaborative approach and keen understanding of industry trends make a forward-thinking leader, committed to continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
